CHARGES PER BOX = our charges per box is just $20 for a standard box
SHIPPING CHARGE = our shipping charge per shipment is $250
DISCOUNT =we consider 10% discount of the total invoice to our client
PAYMENT METHOD/TERM = as for our new client’s we consider an advance payment of 50% of the total invoice and we expect the balance of 50% in 7 working days after shipment arrival. For Marine Fis, it is 70% advance payment,
FREIGHT ON BOARD (FOB): It is 100% payment
DELIVERY =our clients is to receive shipment in 7 days after an order is made,the reason is to ensure a proper acclimatisation of the live animals
DOCUMENTATION = all required documents for the shipment is to be sent to our clients in 24 hours before the shipment day
GUARANTEE = we guarantee you at least 95% on arrival of the live animals.
CLAIMS= in case of any DOA (death on arrival) our clients is expected to make the pronouncement of any DOA in 24 hours after shipment arrival
Meanwhile we require a photograph of the DOA items
In that case we will make a 100% replacement in subsequent shipment.
